Fat Burgers in Sneads Ferry

The food is good don’t get me wrong. But today when I called in to make an order at 6pm, they told me it would be a 30 minute wait. An hour and a half waiting they finally admitted to losing our order and were NOT APOLOGETIC. They told me I could wait another 20 minutes for our food. I have 0 respect for establishments who do not respect their clientele. 0 respect. You have lost my business.

The start of this place is awesome by how you are greeted. The sport setting is light heart and inviting. The burger is cooked to order I The "Original Fatty" with fries and a sweet tea is divine. The bar is fully stocked and ready serve with a smile in this great atmosphere of a sports bar. The draw back is the wait to pay.

We absolutely loved this place! The food was amazing, great service and they gave my kids a laminated menu that had puzzles and pictures on it to keep them busy! Will definitely be returning!

Great food! Haven't had anything we didn't like. The burgers and Philly cheese steak are awesome. The homemade chips are really good!! Friendly staff and great service.

Burgers were great! Bartender that got our food ready was very nice and helpful.

Wings were cooked perfectly and the cajun sauce was spot on. This may be my new wing spot!

These guys go the extra mile to make customers happy. The food is fresh and delicious. I had a huge order and they got everything right! That never happens anymore! The owner is a great guy and really knows how to run a business!!

We've been waiting for 40 minutes for 2 burgers. No one has told us when it's going to be ready. They are focused more on take-out orders than the patrons in the restaurant. I'm also sitting in the draftiest area.lol And the coleslaw I ordered 40 minutes ago I was just informed ran out two orders ago. In the grand scheme of things it's not the end of the world but we won't be back. Just wanted to add there were maybe 5 tables seated when we came in.

I want to start with why are you charging gratuity on a take out order? I wasn’t served in the restaurant. I shouldn’t be forced to tip on a take out order! Less than 23 dollar order and got charged a 7-8 dollar tip. That’s bull. The Coleslaw was incredibly basic, cabbage and miracle whip? You guys can do better. Onion rings are good.
